Must be a licensed nurse good standing with the Alabama Board of Nursing
Long term care experience preferred but not required (WE WELCOME NEW GRADS!)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Supervisory skills (willing to train)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Care for residents in a manner conducive to comfort and well-being. Person centered care is mandated.
Accurate, safe execution of doctors' orders
Accurate, safe and timely distribution of medications to residents
Supervise/monitor nursing personnel on unit
