Qualifications: 
  • Education: High School diploma required, some college preferred.
  • Experience: At least two full years of office experience, preferably 3-5 years.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel, Paychex Flex, QuickMar preferred.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and caring attitude; support staff and Administrator; be aware of potential problems and highly organized.

Functions:
This person handles payroll, bookkeeping, data entry of accounts payable/receivable, and entry/exit of resident files. Helps set up monthly activities and maintains contacts for activities. Maintains organized filing systems for all and works directly with the Administrator in other duties as assigned.
